LaSalle River Hike & Lunch $34.
A perfect winter active day and winter is the perfect time to explore the attractive community of St Norbert and the beautiful winding course of the LaSalle River. Our route includes a tour of the secluded and historic 'Pollock property' and then follows the river out to Trappist Monastery Historical Park.
Lunch is traditional French Canadian fare and celebrated fidler, 13 year old Jane Cory will entertain with a mixture of traditional Metis and French Canadian tunes. Later, Bob Roehle, the founding president of the St Norbert Farmers Market, will share some wonderful stories about the history of St Norbert and the St Norbert Farmers Market - Manitoba's first and most famous farmers market.
